About Lambtech
Mark Lambert founded Lambtech LLC to bring 13+ years of R&D and engineering leadership directly to contract engagements, most recently as Director of Research & Development at Walther Arms, and R&D Manager at Daniel Defense, where he built the company's first formal R&D department from the ground up.
His background spans concept-to-production firearms design, manufacturing process development, and the technical documentation that keeps regulated programs compliant and audit-ready. Earlier roles include engineering and manufacturing leadership positions at Adams Arms and Jabil Defense & Aerospace.
That work has also extended into counter-UAS (C-UAS) systems, including soldier-portable kinetic defeat solutions and unmanned loitering kinetic systems, bringing the same design-for-manufacturability and test discipline to programs outside traditional small arms.
