These Terms of Service govern your use of lambtech.org (the "Site"), operated by Lambtech LLC ("Lambtech," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of This Site

This Site provides information about Lambtech LLC's contract engineering, product development, and technical writing services, and offers a way to contact us about potential work. It does not currently process payments or sell products.

Engagement Terms

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to enter into a binding contract. Any actual contract engineering, consulting, or technical writing engagement with Lambtech LLC is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will set out scope, pricing, deliverables, and other terms specific to that engagement.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, logo, and branding on this Site are the property of Lambtech LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

No Warranty

This Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we make no guarantee of completeness or accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lambtech LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Future Updates

If Lambtech LLC begins offering products for direct sale through this Site, these terms will be updated to include sales, payment, shipping, and return terms before that functionality goes live.
