Lambtech LLC ("Lambtech," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through lambtech.org (the "Site") and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you submit the contact form on this Site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We do not currently use analytics tools, tracking cookies, or advertising pixels on this Site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, to discuss and deliver contract engineering or technical writing services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Contact form submissions are delivered to us using Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service. Submitted data passes through Web3Forms' systems in order to reach our inbox; see Web3Forms' privacy policy for details on their handling of that data. We do not use any other third-party processors at this time.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to and, where applicable, complete the engagement they relate to.

Future Updates

If Lambtech LLC begins offering products for direct sale through this Site, this policy will be updated to describe payment processing (via Stripe) and any related order, shipping, and payment data handling before that functionality goes live.
